Anne has already taught at many leading Cookery Schools, and presented food programmes on both BBC Radio and local TV stations. Now she offers a variety of Côte Cuisine Cookery Courses, where you can learn new culinary skills and experience new flavours, on the Côte d'Azur.

With each of the Courses, Anne enthusiastically shares her own experience and expertise, ensuring that everyone gets their hands dirty and learns numerous new culinary tricks. Everything starts firstly in the markets, and then it's back into the kitchen. This is 'hand's-on cooking with a difference' .... and a lot of tasting and finger-dipping !
All subjects can be covered, from Mediterranean Fish & Shellfish Dishes through to the Art of the Table (Food presentation and table decoration).

Anne presents a special programme of «one-to-one» food and hospitality courses, individually structured to suit the particular requirements of a Yacht Chef, and/or Senior Steward/Stewardess - 'on board', if preferred! New techniques, new skills and new recipes, all carefully tailored towards the likes and taste preferences of their owners and guests. Signed certificates can be provided for CV purposes.
